Now looking for an experienced IT Support Team Lead.

Basic requirements:

• Experience of managing a team in the field of IT and understanding the needs and challenges of technical support;

• Knowledge and practical experience of using ITIL, ITSM to optimize processes;

• Deep knowledge of information technologies, in particular cloud systems, communication technologies and mobile solutions;

• Responsibility and willingness to be a leader who motivates the team, supports its development and teaches new approaches to work;

• Experience in planning the department's resources and budget for its effective functioning and development;

• The ability to organize productiveinteraction with other departments of the company.
  
  

What you will have to do:

• Creation, management and control of the technical support department from scratch;

• < p>Selection and adaptation of new employees, ensuring their training and integration into the team;

• Developing service quality standards and monitoring their implementation to provide first-class support to internal customers;

• Analytics and reporting on department indicators, participation in the development and implementation of the IT department development strategy;

• Automation of support processes, creation of L0 knowledge base to improve work efficiency;

• Planning the budget of the department and providing the team with the necessary tools.
