IT Support Specialist/Entry-level System Administrator in TECHIIA Holding

We are looking for a technically savvy and attentive specialist who will become part of our team and ensure the stable operation of the IT infrastructure. 

Basic duties

• Installing and configuring software on workstations (Windows / macOS).
• Connecting and configuring networks (local network, Internet).
• Basic maintenance of computer and office equipment.
• Accounting of software and user accesses.
• Issue and configuration of equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, other peripherals.
• Work with network equipment: switches, routers, access points.

Candidate requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Windows and MacOS (creating accounts, installing software, configuring networks).
• Experience using office software (MS Office, browsers, mail).
• network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Skills for connecting and setting up peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Responsibility, attention to details, desire to develop in the IT sphere.
