IT Support Specialist in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently looking forIT Support Specialist who will contribute to local user support.

Skills:

• A confident PC user;
• Knowledge PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
• Knowledge of methods of searching for and detecting malfunctions of hardware and software;
• Experience of support and installation/configuration/support of hardware, software provision;
• Knowledge of the basics of computer system administration.

Desirable:

• High communication skills;
• Skills of advising users on technical issues.
• Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of PCs from 1000;
• Working with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli;
• Working with remote access tools;
• Communicating with clients, processing first-line applications support;
• Working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years.
• English language at the Pre-Intermediate level.Responsibilities:
