Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, cyber security or related fields will be a plus
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Organization and time management skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Experience with IT application processing tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good oral and written communication skills

It is desirable to have:

• Experience with G Suite
• Experience with Service Desk system (GLPI )

What will you do:

• First line of support for IT issues and hardware and software troubleshooting
• Management of user accounts, access and rights to IT resources
• Ensuring compliance of IT systems with security policies
• Tracking and management of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory
• Create documentation and instructions for employees
