IT support manager in A-Z eCommerce

  Good day! We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for solving problems, and the ability to provide excellent support for our internal systems and users. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, helping us maintain smooth operations across various technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
 1.Offer hands-on support to teams and end-users, providing solutions for basic software, hardware and network-related issues. 
2.Administer and maintain VOIP services, assisting users with setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality communication channels.
3.Manage and support domains, email accounts, and DNS records, ensuring that all systems are configured and functioning properly.
4.Provide technical support for CRM systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth user experience and operational efficiency.
5.Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure the proper functioning of all technology systems and services.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. 1+ Year of IT Support Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in an IT support role, including resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining systems.
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
5. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
6. Basic familiarity with AWS services.
7. RDP Setup and Management: Experience with configuring and managing Remote 8. Desktop Protocol (RDP) for remote access to company systems.
