IT Support Engineer in Fozzy group

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer for the project: collection of self-service cash registers at the "Warehouse" for various Fozzy Group businesses.
We are looking for a technical specialist who likes to work with iron hands, is not afraid to deal with peripherals, knows how to carefully analyze malfunctions and find solutions. Someone who gets a kick out of order in the cables, accuracy in assembly and bringing the equipment "to perfection" before it goes to the objects.

Tasks:

• Assembly of turnkey self-service cash registers: case, scanner, receipt printer, terminal, touch display, DBG and other components.
• Connection of peripheral equipment and peripherals communications: network cables, power, USB interfaces.
• Initial diagnostics of components before transfer to the facility.
• Installation of the operating system and software deployment
• Maintenance of documentation regarding assembly, configurations, serial numbers.
• Communication with equipment suppliers and Business customers

Our requirements:

• Experience from 1 year in IT Support / Field Engineer / POS Engineer / Hardware Technician positions.

• Experience in assembling or repairing computer equipment is mandatory.

• Experience in working with self-service cash registers or classic POS systems is desirable, but not necessary.

• Attention to details and accuracy in working with equipment
• Ability to work independently and effectively solve problems.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work with a high workload
