About you:

• Experience in operation and administration of operating systems MacOS, Linux;
• Experience in operating and configuring network equipment, understanding the basics of network technologies;
• Experience with Atlassian products;
• Experience setting up MDM systems;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Understanding the general principles of information security;
• Experience working with cloud services;
• High level of responsibility and ability to solve complex problems.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems;
• Understanding CI/CD, Jenkins setup;
• Understanding how SSO systems work;
• Experience with such services as Slack, Google Workspace, OKTA, GitHub.

Your influence on the result:

• Be responsible for maintaining and expanding the internal infrastructure;
• Administer corporate services and infrastructure (servers, MDM, Jenkins, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian);
• Process employee inquiries and provide technical support;
• Develop infrastructure documentation for end users;
• Prepare access and office equipment for the exits of new employees;
• Automate key processes of corporate infrastructure;
• Increase the level of security of corporate infrastructure and services;
• Do diagnostics and modular repair of office equipment, work with contractors;
• Keep track of IT equipment.
