IT Support (Dnipro) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are currently looking for IT Support Specialist who will join the local user support.

Skills:

• A confident PC user;
• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
• Knowledge of methods of searching for and identifying malfunctions of equipment, software;
• Experience of accompanying and installing / configuring / supporting the operation of equipment, software;
• Knowledge of the basics of administration computer systems.

Preferably:< /strong>

• High communication skills;
• Skills in advising users on technical issues.
• Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of PCs from 1000;
• Working with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli;
• Working with remote access tools;
• Communicating with clients, processing first-line requests support; 
• Working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years.

• English language at Pre-Intermediate level.
