IT Support Assistant in SFORS

We are currently looking for an IT Support Assistant to work with our IT team.

Position: support
- Commissioning of computer equipment. Installation of OS, software, settings.
- Installation, connection of computer equipment at workplaces. Initial configuration of monitors. Performing cable management.
- Checking the functionality of equipment before issuing and after receiving equipment from employees.
- Diagnostics of equipment malfunctions. Identification and replacement of non-working equipment components.
- Diagnostics of the functionality of BFP (printers, scanners, copiers). Checking the quality of work.
- Scheduled maintenance of equipment. Cleaning, replacement of thermal paste, cablemanagement of system blocks. Inspection and regulatory cycle of charging stations.
- Decommissioning of computer equipment. Erasing data from media. Transfer of equipment to warehouse storage.
Accounting:
- Keeping registers, accounting databases. Keeping the data up-to-date.
- Carrying out equipment accounting.
Delivery:
- Preparation of equipment for transportation. Checking the completeness of the order. Packaging. Creating a shipment or transfer request.
- Receiving delivered parcels. Checking the completeness, integrity and functionality of the received equipment.

What professional skills and experience are important to us for this position:
- Skills in installing OC, drivers, software.
- Understanding of PC nodes and components.
- Knowledge of Windows at the user level.
- Experience in setting up computer equipment will be a plus
