IT specialist, system administrator in Intelekt-Centr, PP

We are Intellect Center, a company with many years of experience in implementing domestic software for accounting and reporting. Our products have already earned the trust of businesses and government institutions, and a team of professionals is always ready to support customers with qualified assistance.

We are looking for an IT specialist who wants to develop in the field of information technologies and join a team that creates quality solutions for Ukrainian enterprises.

Work in the office (not remotely). Full-time (Mon-Fri: 9:00-17:00) or part-time 4 hours.

What you will do in this full-time position:

1. Provide skilled technical support for users of our software (must undergo training and pass certification).
2. Assist in installation, configuration and maintenance of software products. Advise customers and colleagues on technical issues of working with programs.
3. Identify and eliminate technical problems, maintain stable operation of computer equipment, network, server and ensure information security in the company office.
4. Cooperate with the dealer network, providing the necessary technical assistance, and attract new dealers.
5. Ensure the information presence of the company in social media networks (publishing content related to the company's IT products/services).

Part-time workers do not need to do points 4 and 5.

To successfully cope with these tasks, it will be useful for you:

• Have experience in the IT field from 1 year (education is not mandatory, the main thing is the desire and desire to learn).
• Be responsible, attentive and able to work in a team.
• Have basic knowledge in the field of software and a willingness to develop professional.
• Be proactive, open to new tasks and challenges.
