IT specialist of computer systems in PrimoCollect

Primocollect Group is an international financial company with almost 20 years of successful experience in Ukraine. We invite a technical support specialist to join our IT team, who will help us maintain the stable operation of the entire infrastructure.

Your main tasks:

• Installation, configuration and recovery of operating systems (Windows, *nix).
• Connection and maintenance of office equipment: printers, telephones, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Installation of software and drivers for various OS.
• OS administration:Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), Windows Server
• Work with Proxmox, Hyper-V
• Preparation of technical reports.

What we expect:

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS, knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of PC and office equipment at a practical level
• Ability to diagnose and promptly eliminate technical malfunctions.
• Experience with Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of Asterisk/SIP, Cisco (VLAN, VPN), bash or .bat scripts - will be an advantage
