duties < /Strong> :
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of SCS, in server equipment and LIS, applied software and OS;
- emergency response, prompt elimination of causes;
- Interaction with adjacent units and participation in work on uninterrupted activities of hotel information systems;
- Control of the condition and prevention > Setting up and commissioning of new equipment;
- Provision of technical support of users and organization of staff workplaces.
Requirements:
- Profile Higher Education;
- Understanding the features of network equipment administration (Wi-Fi controllers, access points, switches, routers);
- Basic knowledge of network safety, technology transfer data on optical networks;
- discipline, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge Windows Server -based infrastructure;
- Experience with video surveillance systems, telephony control. ul>
- Knowledge of technical and spoken English;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- skills in setting up projectors, clickers, background sound;
- Knowledge Fidelio or Opera PMS hotel programs, Micros, Smarttouch restaurant systems, experience in trade equipment, PPO will be your significant advantage.
