IT specialist for user support in Mizhnarodniy Evropeyskiy universitet, PZVO

International European University is looking for a highly qualified and proactive specialist for the position of IT specialist for user support

Requirements:

• Experience in setting up and maintaining printers, scanners and other office equipment.
• Understanding the principles of local area networks (LAN) and network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points).
• Experience in setting up workplaces: installing operating systems, software, drivers and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of network administration and ensuring information security.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and eliminate technical malfunctions.
• Experience in conducting online conferences and webinars, setting up video communication equipment.
• High level responsibility and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and filling of printers: installation, configuration and regular maintenance of printers, replacement of consumables.
• Computer network maintenance
• Configuration and maintenance of workplaces: installation of operating systems, software, configuration of computers, monitors, printers and other equipment.
• Conducting online conferences and webinars: configuration and support for video communication equipment, providing technical support during online events.
• User technical support: prompt resolution of computer problems computer equipment, office equipment and software.
