IT technical support specialist (Helpdesk) in PrimoCollect

Company Primocollect group is an international financial company that has been on the market for over 18 years. The main activity is the closing of overdue credit debt. We are constantly working on improving working conditions — at the moment, we have more than 120 employees. Due to the expansion and scaling of the company, we invite you to join our team.

Functional employee duties:

• Support and consultation of call center users and head office employees;
• Installation\restoration\configuration of Windows OS,*nix;
• Configuration and maintenance of peripheral devices in the office (phones, printers, WIFI);
• Installation of software and various drivers for different OS;
• Management and monitoring of operation of the center;
• Setting parameters of the center management system;
• Monitoring of technical problems in the work of providers and servers of the Center;
• Formation of reporting.

Special knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of Windows OS, *nix, MS Office ;
• Knowledge of Asterisk, SIP, will be a plus;
• Ability to quickly find and solve problem points in the work of services;

Knowledge of PC and office equipment (programs, degree of mastery):

• UNIX systems;
• Windows;
