responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure on ships.

• Support for server equipment (Windows/Linux).

• Network equipment administration (Mikrotik, etc.).

• Support for peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

• Setting and support of mail services (POP3, IMAP, SMTP).

• monitoring and elimination malfunctions in the network infrastructure (LAN, VPN, satellite communication channels).

• Remote support of users and crew consultations.

• Maintenance of technical documentation and reporting on incidents.

Requirements:

• from 2 years in the field of IT support.

• Experience with network equipment (routing, VLAN, VPN, NAT, Firewall).

• Knowledge (Zabbix, PRTG).

• Experience with virtualization systems (VMware, Hyper-V).

• The basic knowledge of satellite and radio networks will be an advantage. Documentation.

• Readiness for business trips.
