Responsibilities:

• Remote debugging and support of computer systems, network and peripheral devices;
• Assisting employees in solving technical problems;
• Installing and updating software;
• Monitoring the uninterrupted operation of computers and servers;
• Knowledge of basic Windows operating systems and Windows Server 2016/2019;
• Ability to debug and maintain network equipment - Mikrotik, TP-Link, D-Link, Ubiquiti;
• Basic principles of operation of LAN and active network equipment
• Technical support: regular maintenance, detection and correction of malfunctions in video surveillance systems Dahua, Hikvision and Imou;< /li>
• Installation, connection, start-up of facilities, assembly works;
• configuration and maintenance of control and management systems access;
• Presence on the territory of the enterprise at least once a week.
