We invite an IT specialist to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of SCS, server equipment and LAN, application software and OS;
• Response to emergency situations, prompt elimination of the causes;
• Interaction with adjacent departments and acceptance of participation in work on the uninterrupted operation of the hotel's information systems;
• Control of the condition and prevention of computer equipment;
• Setting up and putting new equipment into operation;
• Providing technical support to users and organizing workplaces personnel

Requirements:

• Professional higher education;
• Understanding the features of network equipment administration (Wi- Fi controllers, access points, switches, routers);
• Basic knowledge of network security, data transmission technologies over optical networks;
• Discipline, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of MS Windows systems at the administrator level;
• Knowledge of the basics of network protocols and server infrastructure based on Windows Server;
• Experience of working with video surveillance, access control, and telephony systems.
• Will be a huge plus:
• Proficiency in technical and spoken English;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Skills in setting up projectors, clickers, background sound;
• Knowledge of Fidelio or Opera PMS hotel programs, Micros, Smarttouch restaurant systems, experience working with commercial equipment, PRO will be your significant advantage.
