MacHOUSE creates printing productions of the highest level by performing "turnkey" the entire range of work from the development of a modernization and development plan, the selection of acceptable financing conditions to the installation, commissioning and support of both new and used equipment.

Responsibilities:

• PC installation, configuration and repair
• Configuration and software support of Mikrotik, Zyxel, HP, TP-Link routers and switches
• Management of Wi-Fi networks based on UniFi Ubiquiti and Mikrotik.
• Network monitoring and optimization
• Processing requests in the Helpdesk
• Acceptance and processing of applications based on Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS, Raspberry Pi. Servicing of peripheral devices: printers (Epson, OKI, Canon, Xerox, HP, Samsung), scanners and other equipment.
• Repair of computer and office equipment: Diagnostics and elimination of hardware malfunctions, preventive maintenance.
• Maintenance of network equipment
