IT specialist in American University Kyiv (AUK)

We are looking for an IT specialist who will help us maintain smooth operational and technical processes of our University. The IT specialist will collaborate with both the academic, administrative team and external stakeholders to ensure the uninterrupted operation of IT systems to achieve the University's goals and the technical comfort of employees.

Key responsibilities:

-Technical support of internal information and operating systems, providing assistance to users, preparing new equipment to work;  
-Management of user accounts in information systems;
-Maintenance of computer and other office equipment (connecting and configuring printers, monitoring the use of consumables; setting up work laptops; servicing computer equipment and other office equipment, connecting and setting up TVs, projectors, video cameras);
-Participation in the development of instructions, document management, maintaining internal information registers; and electronic recovery pass;
-Provision of service and support of video surveillance systems;
-Technical support and consultation of users during the educational process and events (checking/debugging of video and audio sound, projectors, microphones, etc.);
-Performance of additional assignments of the immediate supervisor, related to the maintenance of the functioning of the building.

Requirements for the candidate:

-Higher education/unfinished higher education;
-Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
-Experience in working with multimedia equipment: projectors, mixers, microphones etc.;
-Knowledge of English at the A2+ level;
-Determination, responsibility, willingness to learn new things, ability to work in a team;
-Experience in organizing and conducting online and offline events will be an advantage for big audience.
