The "Constellation" group of companies is a national company for the production of pet products, which has been a reliable partner for customers and takes care of the health of pets for more than 30 years. The company's activities have three business directions:

• production of products for animals;

We are looking for an IT support specialist to provide high-quality service and support for the company's IT infrastructure.

What to do:

• Provide technical support to users;
• Set up and maintain PCs and peripherals;
• Install and configure Windows operating systems;
• Do modular PC repair;
• Set up cash register equipment (receipt printers, barcode scanners);
• Maintain and configure warehouse equipment (data collection terminals);
• Install and configure video surveillance and access control systems.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in IT support from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the OSI layer and understanding of network technologies;
• PC modular repair skills;
• Windows Customization Experience;
• Desirable: experience with cash register and warehouse equipment;
• Experience in connecting video surveillance and access control systems will be an advantage;
• Experience in configuring Unifi, Aruba, Mikrotik will be a plus.
