IT Services Ops Manager in Luxoft

Project Description:For each major region there is a dedicated IT Regional Manager who is in charge of managing all the IT Services Ops in the regional locations. IT Regional Managers supervise local IT Support to ensure that it serves your needs in the most efficient and friendly manner. IT Regional Managers regularly communicate with other local support functions and Delivery management to collect any feedback to make IT work better. The main goal of this team is to ensure smooth, transparent and efficient IT Services Operations in Company locations.This position is specific to Ukraine locations.Responsibilities:- Single point of responsibility and escalation for any IT related inquiries in the locations under responsibility;- Regular communication to Delivery and Administrative Departments in the locations under responsibility to collect feedbcks & meet expectations on IT Services Ops;- Supervision of location specific IT projects fulfilled by global IT;- Supervision of L2 & L3 support tasks fulfilled by global IT;- Management of L1 User Support group;- Estimation and management of IT specific costs for locations under responsibility;- Management of IT Services vendors & providers for locations under responsibility- Management of IT Infrastructure & services setup in the offices jointly with global IT.Mandatory Skills Description:- Result (!) driven- Driving IT in locations under responsibility;- Communication with Delivery & Administrative departments on the regular basis.
