In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for an IT service engineer

Your main tasks:

• Maintenance and support of cash register equipment: scales, POS terminals, receipt printers, scanners
• Support and maintenance of video surveillance systems in points of sale
• Processing requests from users: technical support both on-site and remotely
• Setting up workstations (PC based on Windows, basic software)
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Support and configuration of peripheral equipment (printers, MFPs, scanners)
• Organization and basic administration of networks (equipment Mikrotik). working with video surveillance systems (Hikvision, Dahua)
• Ability to independently find and solve technical problems
• Responsibility, promptness and willingness to work "in the field"
• Must have a car and tools
