You will be part of our Global IT Service Desk consisting of 20 other colleagues with more than 11 nationalities across several different locations. We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our IT Service Desk team in Kyiv. This position is ideal for a student currently enrolled in an IT-related field and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will assist in daily service desk operations, provide technical support, and support improve internal processes.You should be motivated by technical challenges and be able to communicate well with people of many different levels of technical competence. As English is our corporate language, we expect you to be fluent in written and spoken. What You Will Be Responsible ForAssist the IT Service Desk team with day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issuesRespond to and resolve or escalate service requests and incident tickets within defined SLAsSupport end-users by providing basic IT assistance, including password resets, software installations and hardware setups Provide onsite IT support, including networks, diesel generator, and other IT equipmentDocument solutions and contribute to the creation of knowledge base articlesParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement activitiesWhat We OfferAs a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of, and learn from, a dynamic and global team. Includes maintenance for other equipment, e.g., generator, security systemsIT Equipment decommissioning What We Value (our Requirements)Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Currently on at least 3rd year of bachelor’s or during master`s degree.Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting principles. Ability to multi-task, set task priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems. Advanced problem solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken) is required.
