IT Researcher in Meest

Meest Group HR team is expanding its team, therefore looking for an IT Sourcer.

Main duties:

• Search, selection, and support of candidates;
• Conducting screenings and evaluating candidates for compliance with job requirements;
• Communication with customers;
• Creating descriptions of job profiles (job description);
• Choosing recruitment scenarios;
• Choosing the best search sources for placement information;
• Evaluation and presentation of candidates to the customer.

Necessary competencies:

• Upgraded profiles in social networks for Internet recruiting;
• Understanding the market and the ability to quickly navigate the levels of candidates and rewards;
• Knowledge of modern methods of searching and evaluating candidates;
• Ability to work with various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Job boards, ATS systems);< /li>
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• High organization and the ability to multitask.
