IT Recruiter / HR Generalist in Dish Ukraine

The company "Dish Ukraine" is an American product IT company specializing in the development of software for satellite television and mobile communications. Our offices are located in Kharkiv and Lviv, and we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Recruiter / HR Generalist.

We are looking for a colleague who combines the skills of a recruiter and HR generalist.

Main responsibilities:

• Recruiting (60% of time):
• The full cycle of personnel selection: from gathering requirements to the adaptation of new employees.
• Active search for candidates (Boolean/X-Ray search, profile platforms).
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Building partnerships with employers by managers.

HR Generalist (40% of time):

• Support of onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Consultations for company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR / recruiting.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Understanding of modern search and recruitment tools.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Developed communication and organizational skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and  Upper-Intermediate English (mandatory).

• Understanding of modern sourcing and talent acquisition tools.

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
