What knowledge do you have will need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter/HR manager;

• experience of closing technical vacancies and understanding of the IT sphere;

• confident knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, one-to-one, exit-interview)

It will be a plus:

• proficiency in English at level B1 and above.

Your future tasks:

• full cycle of personnel selection (mainly vacancies for developers and other technical specialists);

• recruiting specialists in new locations in accordance with the company's strategy;

• onboarding of new employees, one-to-one;

• participation in the organization of viewings;

• team building organization;

• control of the payment of the company's educational projects, assistance in attracting new people to such projects;

• control of personnel document flow, vacation schedule;

• implementation of the necessary HR processes (job descriptions, system of qualification levels of specialists, etc.).
