IT Recruiter Assistant in QA Factory

Main duties:

• Search and selection of resumes of potential candidates for various IT positions.
• Organization and coordination of interviews, supporting communication with candidates.
• Updating and maintaining a candidate database.
• Supporting recruiters in preparing job descriptions and posting them on specialized sites.
• Preliminary screening of candidates and conducting initial interviews to assess profile suitability.
• Supporting communication with internal teams to clarify job requirements.
• Participating in the development of the company's employer brand in social networks and profile platforms.< /li>

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• High level of communication skills, attention to details.
• Desire to develop in the field of IT recruiting.
• A higher level of English will be an advantage (for communication with candidates).

• Ability to work with search and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, work platforms, etc.) will be a plus.
• Skills with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
