We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst Blockchain to lead our ideas development and implement them in this rapidly evolving sector.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and compensation.Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and leadership teams to align recruitment efforts with the company’s growth objectives and culture. Support onboarding and integration of new hires.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the tech or startup industry.Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Familiarity with recruiting for roles related to Centralized Exchanges, blockchain, or financial technologies is a plus.Skills: Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
