Responsibilities

• independent and effective closing of vacancies of various levels of complexity
• conducting screenings and interviews
• full organizational support of all stages of recruitment and adaptation of new employees
• regular analysis and optimization of own processes job

Requirements

• experience in the full cycle of recruiting
• ability to close complex and urgent roles
• proactivity, independence and responsibility for the result
• ability to prioritize and work with a large volume of requests
• high level of communication in Ukrainian
• self-organization and the ability to simultaneously lead several directions
• flexibility in quickly changing priorities
• skills to build trust and work with difficult situations
• endurance, discipline, resistance to uncertainty
• experience in defense, government or volunteer projects will be an advantage
