We are an outsourcing company in an active start-up phase. We are already working with the domestic market and building processes for entering international projects.
Now we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter who wants not just to close vacancies, but to influence the development of the company and build a strong recruiting team together with by us.
Your tasks:
Full cycle of selection of IT specialists (from receiving a vacancy until the candidate exits)
Search for candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Boolean search
Conducting initial interviews and evaluation of candidates
Interaction with clients (profile clarification, process support)
Maintenance of candidates in the CRM system
Working with several vacancies at the same time
Our expectations:
Experience in IT recruiting
Understanding of the IT market and basic technologies"/>Ability to work with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)
Experience with CRM (any)
Independence, responsibility, result-oriented
Willingness to work online
