Your main tasks:

• The full cycle of personnel search: from the creation of a vacancy profile to the candidate entering the job.
• Active search for candidates through LinkedIn, Work.ua, Robota.ua, Telegram channels and own database.
• Conducting initial telephone and online interview.
• Coordinating interviews with department heads.
• Supporting the candidate at all stages of selection and providing feedback.

Our expectations from you:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year (preferred).
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and various search sources.
• Competent language and business correspondence skills.
• High level of empathy, persistence and results orientation.
