We are expanding the team and looking for a Junior Recruitment Researcher to help our department recruiting in finding, selecting and evaluating potential candidates for various positions in the B2B sphere.

Main duties:

• Search and analyzing potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Compiling databases and updating information about candidates.
• Assessing the relevance of candidates for various projects.
• Assisting in preparing candidate profiles for further communication.
• Working with Google Sheets to collect, structure and organize information.
• Recruiting team support and participation in daily tasks.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have experience working as a recruiter/researcher or have undergone relevant training.
• You are interested in recruiting and ready to learn new things.
• You can work carefully with details, structure information and organize data.
• You have skills in working with Google Sheets and basic knowledge of Excel.
• You have a basic level of English (sufficient to work with information).
• Responsible, sedentary and open to new experiences.
