What the work process looks like:
- carrying out a full cycle of recruitment for positions in the iGaming field (from finding out the requirements to the candidate's exit to the project);
- actively searching for candidates through various channels;
- conducting reporting in People Force;
- analytics of own work and improvement of metrics where necessary;
- timely feedback to candidates, daily pipeline control
What we expect:
- experience in recruiting (closing technical vacancies from 1.5 years);
- interest in the iGaming industry and its development;
- ability to work with candidate search tools (LinkedIn, job websites, Boolean searches, etc.);
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- high level of self-organization and result orientation.
- Independence;
- English at B1 level and above (it is important to be able to write and communicate correctly) - the desire to develop and grow
