Our goal is to introduce new and solve complex, non-standard IT tasks, namely in the direction of Mobile & Web development and Data Science.

Our team is currently looking for a Recruiter for hourly employment - we really need your professionalism on our projects. We know that you will help us become even better! 

What will you do? 

• Full cycle of searching for specialists in project teams;
• Supporting the candidate at the initial stages of cooperation;
• Close cooperation with management and search customers;
• Communication and assistance in matters to all internal employees;
• Conducting one-to -one meetings and exit interviews;
• Organization of internal team meetings.

Important for us:

• Experience in finding specialists from 1 year (preferably in the IT direction);

Experience of managing the company's internal team;

• Good knowledge of the selection process and various interview techniques;

• Knowledge of various resources for finding specialists and the ability to use them effectively;

• Strong communication and analytical skills;

• Objectivity towards oneself, responsibility;

• The desire to develop and look for optimal solutions.
