Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile and cloud applications.

We are currently looking for an experiencedIT recruiter ="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> full-time employment.

We expect:

  • 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter (experience in a recruiting agency will be an advantage);

  • experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting (from the withdrawal of the application to the candidate's exit);

  • ability to work in multitasking conditions, flexibility and ability to learn quickly;

  • excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • systematicity, critical thinking, result orientation;

  • developed emotional intelligence and stress resistance;

  • level of English language proficiency at level B2 and above.

Main duties:

  • development of partnerships with hiring managers: withdrawal of an application for personnel search; provision of consultations and expert evaluation of vacancies;

  • creating job profiles of varying complexity;

  • source analysis and development strategies: active use of various search channels, social networks, professional communities, etc.; formation of job vacancies and their publication in accordance with the company's marketing standards;

  • interaction with candidates: resume screening, telephone screening, online competency interview using various techniques; presentation of vacancies to candidates; organization of other stages of selection (technical interview, testing, interview with the hiring manager, etc.); maintaining long-term relationships with candidates;

  • market analysis: monitoring trends in recruiting; introduction of new approaches; finding tools for sourcing and evaluating candidates; use of AI in work; competitor analysis; reading materials on trends, levels of financial rewards, market conditions, etc.

  • working with the database and reporting: presentation of funnel analytics to hiring managers; collection of statistical data on vacancies; submission of daily reports on the results of the work performed; participation in team meetings.
