Office/hybrid work format in Kyiv. No remote expected.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting at a fintech company;
• Interviewing experience , knowledge of various methods of competence verification;
• Knowledge of the most popular modern sources of candidate search;
• Strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and work with objections;
• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time;
• Organization and attention to details;
• High level of responsibility.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HR processes;
• Education in the field of personnel management/psychology.

What you will need to do:

• Communicating with HRBP and hiring managers, providing reporting on the hiring process;
• Actively searching for candidates, posting vacancies, evaluating candidates for eligibility;
• Organizing and conducting interviews, writing feedback;
• Managing the candidate database;
• Supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
