We are looking for a focused and qualified IT recruiter to join our dynamic team at the leading international software development company SoloWay Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, screening and selecting talent for various positions within our organization. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Search and recruitment candidates through various channels and management internal database.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinating and planning interviews with recruitment teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Manage candidates' performance of test tasks.
• Keep abreast of industry trends trends, market conditions and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruiting processes and results.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting for outstaffing projects.
• English language: upper intermediate
• li>Understanding of technical roles, skills and technologies.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
