Your tasksYou implement, support and are responsible for complex IT projects across all project phases. The focus here is on the digitalization of company pension schemes. You support the analysis, prioritization and definition of requirements in coordination with our team of specialists and other departments. You create project plans, monitor resource planning and identify risks and problems. You identify key positions and their integration into the project. You monitor the project progress and identify deviations in terms of time and scope. You take the lead in communicating with our customers during the project phase and ensure effective communication with everyone involved in the project. You create project documents and reports. In addition to the implementation in the project, you also support the handover of our customers into regular operations.
