IT Project Manager (Waterfall) in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Management of new and current IT projects of the Bank
• Interaction with the project customer, coordination of requirements and problem solving; definition of goals, success criteria, as well as scope and terms of the project; development of the project plan-schedule
• Development of the project strategy and definition of tasks for the team
• Involvement and coordination of the work of team members, conflict resolution, motivation of the team to achieve results
• Ensuring quality of work performance, tracking of tasks, control of resource costs
• Identification and management of project risks

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in an IT project manager role
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience with a cross-functional team
• Experience with Waterfall approach to project management
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to effectively solve problems and set priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills required to lead a team
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of teams
• English (Intermediate) B1+ for communication with English-speaking project sponsors

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with such approaches as Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking, Design Thinking, Innovation Management
• Education in the field of computer science, engineering or related fields
