To manage IT projects and introduce new products, we are looking for a project manager who can implement ambitious initiatives and effectively manage development. 

Our RM is engaged in:

• Identifying business requirements and coordinating technical solutions with the team.
• Forming project roadmaps, definition of goals, key performance indicators and deadlines.
• Coordinating the implementation of new functions for platforms.
• Conducting regular meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives) for the development team (up to 15 people).
• Uses Agile/Scrum approaches for project management.
• Progress monitoring, risk management, conflict resolution.
• Coordinating the introduction of new technologies or functions.
• Ensuring the quality and compliance of the solution to user needs.

Requirements for RM:

• 2 + years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in the field of IT, e-commerce or digital).
• Experience in successfully completing projects in accordance with deadlines and budget and quality.
, Trello, Asana).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Confluence.
• Skills with Google Analytics.
