About the project: This is a modular product based on a microservice infrastructure and a modern technology stack. Our goal is to provide clients with a powerful tool not only for launching their projects, but also for solving everyday business management problems. Required skills: Relevant work experience (iGaming would be a big plus); Experience with flexible methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall; Ability to plan work and bring it to release on time; English at the level of reading and writing technical. documentation. Responsibilities: Planning projects/tasks - scope/deadlines/resources; Organizing the project/task development process and monitoring its implementation to the agreed extent on time; Drawing up a product launch plan for a complex feature and monitoring its implementation; Identification and management of risks projects/tasks; Organizing the formation of a technical debt backlog, monitoring its implementation; Organizing the team’s work with sales incidents, monitoring their solution within the framework of the SLA; Organizing support for the relevance of information on the team’s tasks in Jira; Establishing the work process in the team (development, testing, working with requirements); Facilitating meetings and all Scrum/Kanban activities in the team, effective interaction with other teams on related tasks; Generating reports on sprints and projects, managing customer expectations; Identifying problems in team processes and eliminating them; working to improve the efficiency of the team; Proactive position and organization of solutions to problems/conflicts faced by the team; People management, team motivation, building effective interaction; Control over time logging and coordination of time sheets; Formation of proposals for improving/optimizing processes in the company, participation in their optimization.
