• Organization of work of development teams: planning, prioritization of technical backlog, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other divisions, resource management teams;
• Regular meetings with the team to increase the efficiency of the team's work results and/or remove blocking factors;
• Conducting retrospectives with the development team and with customers on the results of implementation;
• Organizational support of releases with updating of software versions and the process after the release of technical support, support of the introduction of the product into operation;
• Identification and prevention of risks that may affect development progress;
• Interaction with the internal Customer: conducting interviews, agreeing requirements, organizing acceptance testing processes and support after development implementation;
• Monitoring and managing tasks within the framework of incident management for the team development;
• Analysis of non-standard requests related to the operation of software or IT functions;
• Description and optimization of internal IT processes.
• Implementation of new tools, CRM system, templates, regulations;
• Control of tasks and compliance with deadlines within ERP;
• Preparation of analytics, reports and presentations for management;
• Participation in planning strategic initiatives and their further implementation;
• Organization of internal events, meetings, work processes;
• Ensuring effective communication between all teams.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager IT-Enterprise from 2 years;
• Strong organizational and communication skills skills;
