They operate with alarge and complex synergeticIT infrastructure and internal systems, which consists ofdifferent products and software connected inalarge ecosystem. Weneed atechnical ITProject Manager with abackground inComputer Science orequivalent technological studies tosupport ITSynergies and Digital Workplace Solution initiatives. The ideal candidate will interface with key stakeholders responsible forIT licensing and purchasing across Portfolio Companies and within the company. Responsibilities: Align with Key stakeholders from Portfolio Companies toidentify and prioritize savings opportunities inSW licensing. Address the needs within the company and lead the E2E process tomaterialize the synergies/savings. Estimate and planIT initiatives around the Digital Workplace Solution (MS365based). Team-up and collaborate with the Engineering and IT-Governance teams throughout the execution ofIT initiatives. Reporting onprogress ofinitiatives tokey stakeholders. Requirements: Knowledge and experience inPM methodologies such asPMP/Scrum/Kanban/Lean. Technical ITbackground with broad understanding ofIT technologies and processes inthe areas ofSystems/Security/Networks/Cloud Computing/Software Development cycle. Understanding oflicensing for globalSW vendors such asMicrosoft/AWS/Salesforce /Oracle etc. Experience indefining, estimating effort, strategizing, and planningIT initiatives. Good understanding ofDigital Workplace solutions based onMS365 and amix ofWIN/MACdevices. Clear and Effective Communication: Proficiency inconveying technical concepts clearly and comprehensively tostakeholders with diverse technical backgrounds. Project Management: Capability todefine, estimate effort, and strategize the implementation ofsolutions. Proactive Problem-Solving: Initiative topropose alternative solutions that optimize effectiveness while meeting requirements. Awareness ofemerging technologies and trends tobeprepared toaddress future challenges and opportunities.
