IT Project Manager in Halo Lab

Hello! We have one of the coolest digital design teams in Ukraine, and we help IT startups from all over the world make projects. Our team is actively growing and we are currently looking for a manager who could work side by side with designers and developers.

we are engaged in:

• Design of sites, mobile applications and other digital products.
• Development sites and web applications.
• Branding/identity, illustrations, 3D and more.

< b style="font-weight: 700">What should be done?

• Write in English, don't be shy to make calls on the project.
• Communicate with clients - clarify requirements, present results and receive feedback.
• Plan working day/week/month (own and teams).
• Organize the work of designers and developers, build processes on projects.
• Check results for compliance with requirements (both for project design and development).

• Keep your hand on the pulse and control the situation like Doctor Strange, interact with other managers.
• Use programs: Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive, etc.
• Participate in discussing internal processes and propose new ideas for their improvement.

You are our candidate if:

• Have a solid knowledge of the English language, upper-intermediate — advanced;
• Have experience in managing people and solving difficult situations;
• Ready to multitask and can set priorities;
• Ready to take care of your team and take responsibility for the project;
• Not afraid of tasks that don't know how to solve it yet. The ability to find solutions and Google is an important skill for a manager.

It will be a plus:

• Management experience in another industry;
• Basic understanding of web project design and development;
• If you have ever experienced programming, testing or other work in the IT field;
• Completing project-management courses in IT.
