Key responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from start to completion
• Coordinate projects involving websites, 3D tours, architectural visualizations, videos, and marketing materials
• Communicate with clients and guide them through all stages of the project
• Plan project timelines and milestones
• Assign and coordinate tasks between designers, 3D artists, developers, and other team members
• Monitor deadlines, project scope, and quality of deliverables
• Track project progress and keep clients informed with updates
• Help improve internal workflows and project management processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing digital or IT projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• English level Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience working with real estate or property development projects
• Understanding of website development or digital product workflows
• Experience working with 3D visualization or creative production teams
• Experience working with international clients

Tools

Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, task managers, and Google Workspace is a plus.
