IT Project Manager in Avrora, multimarket

Work schedule with partial business trips to Poltava

Your key tasks:

• a full-cycle project: from initiation to completion, control of SDLC stages.
• Planning of deadlines, resources and project budget.
• Management of task priorities, roadmap and dependencies.
• Building effective interaction in the project team (in-house and outsourced).
• Control of the fulfillment of team obligations, risk management and changes.
• Prompt resolution of conflict situations, removal of blockers.
• Conducting project committees, preparation of status reports.
• Collection, analysis and formalization of business and technical requirements from the customer.
• Preparation and support of technical tasks, specifications, integration descriptions.
• Participation in designing architectural solutions together with technical teams.
• Control of technical implementation of solutions, compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Management of requirements changes, impact analysis and technical risk assessment.
• Coordination of work with integrators (ERP, CRM, third-party services, API).
• Participation in acceptance testing (UAT), control of readiness for release.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• You have experience managing a project team of 5 people or more.
• You have practical experience of working with technical documentation (TK, BRD, FRD, API, integrations).
• You understand software development processes and the SDLC life cycle.
• You have experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
• Able to work in a mode of multitasking and changing priorities.
• You have a level of English B1+ (will be a significant advantage).
