We are now inviting an IT Project manager to the team.

What will need to be done:

• Management of IT projects for the development, implementation and development of the electronic document flow system, BPM;
• Observance of goals , terms, budget and the quality of project results;
• Organization of training and adaptation of users to the use of new IT products;
• Ensuring continuous improvement and support of systems after their launch.

What you will need:

Education and experience:

• Higher education in the field of project management, information technologies;
• Experience as a project manager in the field of IT from 3 years;
• Experience of successful management projects (adherence to deadlines, budget, requirements) on the creation and implementation of corporate IT systems (software development, system implementation and/or data migration), in particular electronic systems document flow, BPMS;
• Knowledge of the specifics of banking.

Technical skills and competencies:

• Understanding principles of SDLC (software development life cycle);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
• Experience with hybrid approaches to management projects;
• Experience with project management systems (JIRA, MS Project, etc.);
• Understanding the basic principles of building the architecture of highly loaded systems, APIs, integration processes;
• Understanding the principles of operation of BPM systems;
• Understanding the principles of building ECM systems, dock systems
• Mastering the basics of SQL;
• Understanding the principles of building service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, the basics of WEB technologies will be a plus;
• Availability of Scrum certificates Master / PMP / Prince2;
• Knowledge of information security standards in the banking sector will be a plus.

• Skills of planning, budgeting and management of resources, deadlines;
• Ability to form and motivate project teams;
• Experience in managing risks and crisis situations in projects;

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
