IT Project Manager in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager

 What will you be engage

• Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
• Development of the project plan and coordination of deadlines with the team and the customer
• Analysis of possible risks and development of measures from their avoidance
• Participation in the selection and approval of the project team
• Product breakdown on components and distribution of tasks between performers
• Determining the necessary resources and work environment, their distribution within the team
• Organization of the work process: development, testing, working with requirements
• Determining and prioritizing tasks in the project
• Organizing the work of the team around key tasks and goals
• Tracking project status, tasks and progress by each team member
• Ensuring proper prioritization of tasks and deadlines
• Team motivation, maintaining a positive work environment atmosphere
• Creating a transparent environment for communication between team members and with the customer
• Tracking satisfaction with the project on the part of the team and the customer
• Resolving conflict situations within the team and between the customer and the team
• Communicating with the customer and managing his expectations< /li>
• Provision of progress reports to the customer of the project
• Presentation of finished solutions, demo versions and prototypes to the customer
• Interviewing and onboarding of new team members
• Constant improvement of project management processes and optimization of work processes< /li>

About you

• Education: Higher education in project management, IT, business administration or engineering
• Experience as a project manager in the IT sphere - at least 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Ability to work with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of software development and the SDLC cycle
• Experience in drafting documentation: technical tasks, specifications, reports
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes information
• Risk and crisis management skills situations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or above

Will an advantage

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification
• Experience with international projects and multicultural teams
• Knowledge of other programming languages ​​or technologies
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions
• Ability to conduct team training and organize workshops
• Time management skillsat a high level
• Understanding the financial aspects of project management: budgeting, cost control
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge in in the field of UX/UI design
• Ability to resolve conflict situations and negotiate
