IT Project Manager in Mriya

Mriya is an educational ecosystem for students, parents and teachers , which inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in the modern world. This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, which is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, which is implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. Our team is looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3-5 years experience in project management with an emphasis on mobile application development. Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and related technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, etc.).
• Has an understanding of mobile application architecture, databases, APIs, and integrations. Experience with version control systems (Git) and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, has well-developed presentation and reporting skills.
• Able to manage in several directions at the same time, maintaining focus on achieving goals.
• Has experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, understanding of project management processes and practices

Preference:

• Higher education in the field of computer science, engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Slack and Figma tools
• English level B2+

What will you do:

• Developing detailed project plans and defining releases according to technical requirements, including risk assessment, schedule development and execution control.

  • Preparation of regular reports on the status of the project.
  • Identification of potential risks and problems, development of plans for their solution and implementation of measures to reduce the impact on the project.
  • Evaluation and implementation of changes in projects, ensuring their alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
  • Analyzing current project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new practices and tools to improve team effectiveness.
