• Experience of working in a similar position in IT from 2 years
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience of practical use of methodologies Waterfall and Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in Jira
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and systematize it
• Certification in the field of project management will be a plus
• Experience in business process automation project management will be an advantage
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) will be a plus
• Technical experience in the role of a software developer / business analyst/ system analyst/ tester will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, experience in negotiations and presentations

In our team you will:

• Manage software refinement and development projects
• Conduct initial collection of project requirements
• Manage project planning processes and their implementation
• Maintain project documentation
• Control team agreements: deadlines, task performance, planned team meetings - daily scrum, planning, retrospective
• Organize and coordinate the working group for the implementation of project stages: initiation, work planning, execution, pilot testing, transition of the project into operational activity
• Engage in setting tasks, determine their priorities and monitor their implementation
• Manage relations with interested parties on projects
< li>Manage project risks and crisis situations
